Question / Help Constant "disconnected by server" ONLY in OBS.

Hey everyone. I've been having this issue of being unable to stay connected to any Twitch ingest server for longer than 15 minutes for 5 days now.

I've had my ISP send out a tech two times, I've been in contact with Twitch Support for 2 days and I've done every single piece of troubleshooting I can do. Still, nothing changes.

These disconnects started randomly for no known reason on Sunday.

I've tested streaming to Twitch and Hitbox, both disconnect. I've tested streaming with Xsplit, which worked fine. However, I have no interest in using Xsplit and their fees. I've tried 32 and 64-bit OBS and I've uninstalled and re-installed it.

I'm out of options. I need help.

After disabling TCP, I was disconnected after 9 minutes.

Also, I attempted an older version of OBS beforehand, still disconnected by the server.

Any kind of all-in-one virus scanner that could act as a firewall?

FD_close (error 10053) usually means some hardware/software is killing the connection (more often a firewall). its similar message to just pulling the plug on your internet while streaming (I'm sure its not that, its just an example)

Are you running OBS as admin?

Yes OBS as an admin.

I have no firewall programs or all-in-one anti-virus.

This just started Sunday, and I made no changes to any programs. So I'm at a complete loss on how it could have started.
