Bug Report Constant crashing, Buffer chain?

I did not have this issues during the last stable build, and when this new build came along it kept crashing me 3 times in a row.
Both items included are the most recent of my issues.

Your log doesn't seem to match up with your .dmp file. The .dmp is caused by failing to initialize desktop audio and a video driver / hardware issue. Please post an OBS log and crash dump / text from a single session that fails.
