Every time i stream/record I crash, and i have tried many different methods and am not sure what to do. Can anyone help? I stream and record video for youtube, and i'd like to continue using OBS over most other things.
I can't seem to upload my log file but i'll try again after i post this

The OBS Studio core and plugins are not updated in lockstep. That's why they're plugins. The AMD AMF encoder is bundled with OBS Studio, but it is a separate plugin.

In your regular log, usually. Otherwise the DLL file properties will probably show it.

The latest version of the AMD AMF encoder plugin is 1.4.1.5. You're running 1.4.1.0. Please update.

The log messages in your second post are normal and do not matter.

The exe installer didn't work apparently, so i manually updated with the correct amd encoder. Will update if anything goes wrong, thank you for the help! really appreciate it.
