so i used to stream no problem at 3000-3500 kb/s and after getting a new modem and cpu/motherboard i can't anymore. my connection constantly is going up and down on obs but my connection is perfectly fine and even tried going down to 1500 kb/s. i've checked my settings plenty of times but no dice. somebody please help me.
