Question / Help Connection from OBS to stream dies immediately.

I face an issue where OBS would begin streaming but the the connection just hits 0 kb/s within 5 seconds. This has happened to me in the past as well, I would start streaming but the connections immediately dies right after. And the only thing that fixed it was the update that came. Now another update has come around and the problem has returned. I need help! https://gist.github.com/a0b27b89a0e1c596a880
 
The problem is with the servers that are dead you are streaming from.

Broadcast Settings - FMS URL - Change the location
