Question / Help Connecting two cameras to OBS

I have a question that I hope someone can help me with. I currently do a live stream with a Panasonic HD camcorder connected to OBS via Avermedia LGP. It works really well!

I would like to upgrade my setup to two cameras. How can I do it. Can OBS handle 2 LGPs at the same time? Is there another external capture device, which can be recommended and that can be used together with the LGP (I have both USB3 and thunderbolt).

I'm glad you asked this. It may not be able to handle two LGPs at this point in time due to the stream engine. In future versions it should be possible however.

"In future versions" - does that mean when the windows version of the MultiPlatform OBS is released?

By the way I love OBS which I use for live broadcasting hockey games in Denmark.
