Question / Help confused..to the max

Good morning I am really confused, after weeks of good recording( An FM Game) today my OBS has decided to suddenly stop working.

It records but only for a max of 5 seconds and It's got me really confused. I have attached the log

can anyone help...I'm really confused

Your cpu isn't good enough to record at any form of decent quality.

Hello thanks for your reply.

Is that a recent addition because like I have recorded about 3 7-10 minute videos already before this sudden change. It's confusing that it's suddenly happened.

Is there any way I can change this without changing laptops? While keeping some decent quality.
