I have one scene with a source of Game Capture to War Thunder. It all works when I first configure it. Once OBS is closed and restarted some time later it won't show the game in the source setting drop down list. The game is of course running just like before but the "refresh" button doesn't seem to do anything. The game exe is not visible in the drop down list any more... If I delete all the configs and restart with a fresh configuration it works again for the first time... Any ideas?
