Question / Help Configuration OBS what's wrong ?

Hey guys,

I see some streamer with a really good quality with a slower connexion and a "bad" comp'
But when I stream, it's not look really nice, what can I change ?!!

Spec:

Proc: i7 - 4750k (4Ghz)
GC: Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming
Ram: 16*1600Mhz

Get rid of the ridiculous x264 settings for a start.

I tried with, without, with another x264 , but nothing changes :/
I think this is not the problem ?

like psoted get rid of encoder settings
and up the bitrate to 3000 get rid of a custom buffersize

Yes but if I up my bitrate to 3000, lot of ppl will can't see my stream :/
