Question / Help Computer Specs

So recently i have been coming into contact with a ton of lagg or mass amount of CPU usage and i don't know whether or not my computer can handle it. I am trying to stream cs:go and amnesia machine for pigs and i get lagg not on stream but the machine.

I have added my Dxdiag and could you see if i need an upgrade in any area and what you recommend?

Processor when it comed to encoding nothings beats the intel i5/i7 currently and you even get Quicksync which takes the load completely! Aside from that your graphics adapter

lets say it this way... i5 do their job .... i7 is fucking awesome at everything you throw at it
