Question / Help Computer Lags when I stream (any streaming client)

Hello all,

I was wondering if there was anyway to diagnose what my problem is.
I guess it has something to do with my CPU.

Attached is my DxDiag.

As I said, my computer lags when I begin streaming. This goes for Xsplit as well.
I assume that it has something to do with my CPU not being able to handle the game, plus the stream.
I experience a significant frame drop in game (usually a stable 60 fps) and general things on the computer as well.
I am at a University so the speeds are pretty good as the test shows

try and use the default preset "veryfast" even tho your cpu should handle it but whatever

you are also using window capture while your aero is disabled

if you want to use window capture you gotta enable aero but get rid of monitor capture or use monitor capture with aero disabled ... game capture work with boths as far as my tests go

Alright, I noticed that in the log analyzer, but that isn't my problem. As I said this happens on any streaming client, and I have tried many different settings to no avail.

I have tried streaming Super Hexagon, but the ingame screen as well as the stream screen lags.

The monitor capture is only for the desktop, it isn't for the in-game client.
