Question / Help Computer freezing

Hello, I have been trying to stream League of Legends, and when I do, every 3-5 seconds my PC freezes in-game partially (just the video part) or both the video and the sound. And I can't play or stream properly with that. I'm requesting help.

You haven't really given any information for people to help with. What are your specs? Settings?

• 23 mbps upload speed
• Want to stream at 30 fps minimum 720p or 768p

That isn't a very strong CPU or GPU. If you want minimum 720p@30fps you'll likely have to stream from something other than that little laptop.

So what resolution/framerate should i do for this computer?

With that GPU, you're lucky you can play LoL in the first place. Are you just getting into streaming?

Yes I am. And I know integrated graphcs and laptops in general suck

If you must stream from the laptop (which I wouldn't), you'd have to probably go down to like 480p and 25fps and -still- really cut it on the bitrate and encoding preset. My laptop has the HD 4000 and I don't even bother.
