Bug Report Computer Freezes about 20 mins After Streaming

I can stream fine for as long as I want without playing a game but as soon as I start a game the timer starts and I don't know how long it'll be until my PC freezes and I have to hard reboot. Also whenever I run Linx it does replicate the issue and until kinda recently whenever I play GTA V it replicates the issue but these are the only things that replicate the issue that I know of. GTA V used to work fine but now it freezes after about 10 mins.

My PC should be able to more than handle streaming, GTA V and Linx. Here are my specs:

OS: Windows 8.1 Pro
CPU: Intel i7 4790k
RAM: 32 GB DDR3 1600MHz
SSD: 1TB SSD
GPU: 2 EVGA GTX 980 SC ACX 2.0 4GB GDDR5
Mobo: Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1
PSU: EVGA Supernova 850 G2

Update I think I fixed my problem kind of.... so I thought maybe my CPU cooler wasn't cooling my cpu or something so I found a temperature monitoring software and my cpu was reaching a max of 210 F which is insane so i looked around and my liquid cooling wasnt working properly so I reinstalled it and it seemed to fix the freezing problem but it made almost no difference on my cpu temp so I will be buying a new cpu cooler soon.
