Question / Help Completely new to OBS, I want to start streaming Destiny.

So, for the last like 2 hours I've been trying to figure out what the best settings are to use. My stream has been lagging and the screen goes fuzzy when I move around. Destiny is quite an "intense" sort of game if you get what I mean. Can anyone help me?
My log should be down there somewhere.

And yeah, like I said i'm completely new so please any help would be appreciated :)

Could we get some system specs? what kind of pc do you have and the capture card etc.

And remember that Max bitrate and the buffer size should be the same.
