Im really confused because according to various broadband speed tests my upload speed is 19mb. Its a wireless conncetion to make clear.

My processor is intel i7 4770 @3,40ghz and i have 16gb of ram

my graphics card is nvidia geforce gtx 660

my resolution is 1920 by 1080.

Can anyone tell me the settings i need to use or my max possible settings, I use an elgato hd60 to capture my footage to put on obs.

Im completely new to this and so confused

Because you're streaming, you need to set your keyframe interval to 2s

That's all you can do. You're basically at the upper limit quality-wise of what your system is capable of for streaming.

Yep. Settings->Advanced->Keyframe Interval = 2

Do you have a link to a VOD, showing the poor quality? Those should work pretty well for most games, especially on the Fast preset.

What console are you streaming from, to need a capture card? If you're gaming from the same system you're streaming from, a capture card is unnecessary and can/will reduce your quality as opposed to a Window or Game capture.

Strongly advise running a network cable. If "impossible", then look into Powerline adapters. Wifi is meant for light-duty use by mobile devices, not as a replacement for network cabling.
