I was just testing out the milliseconds delay on the Elgato to get the audio/video synced up together, but the problem is, when I enabled buffering on the device on OBS, the audio gets delayed by about 1.5 seconds later than the video, so I adjusted the delay to around 1500ms, but the audio got delayed along with the buffering, so I changed ms to around 3000, and it still got delayed along with it. I even changed the ms to a variety of ms such as 1400 and 2000, and yet the audio still gets delayed along with it on some of the test recording and on a few broadcasts I have done. I even used -1500ms on the audio and there is no audio being played during the test recordings.
Then, I found out by turning off the buffering for the Elgato device on OBS and strangely enough, the audio/video sync are synced up perfectly with each other, even though the OBS log says that this is a "major" issue and should be fixed by enabling it. Strangely enough, I wasn't sure if it was an issue on OBS, the Elgato HD device, or any other issue that caused the delay to not go as its told to do, but any advice or issues to address would be appreciated.
