Question / Help Color loss on local recording

I just recorded a GNS3 Tutorial today and I was using the CMD Prompt a lot with a pure RGB color of 0, 255, 0 (Pure Green) when I watched my video after the recording to see how it came out it was very obvious that I had loss some color quality and it made the green look dark almost like brownish.

I had not noticed this before, so not sure if I have made changes in settings or its due to a new version update.
Anybody have any feedback / solutions?

Regards,

My settings:

OBS discards some color information during the conversion to a 4:2:0 color space, which is what is required for streaming. In the future it may be possible to use a higher quality color space for non-streamed recordings.
