Question / Help Color / Chroma Key Issues

Some of you might be familiar with the program called "SubAlert" that broadcasters can use to customize subscriber, follower and donation alerts. I used it for the past few days and had no problems whatsoever with it.

At some point though while streaming and without having changed anything about my settings, I noticed my alert, which is a simple no movement Fade In -> Fade Out of an image and text, all using a transparent background via a PNG file, had started showing rough leftover edges from the chroma key as seen below.

(note that the text is supposed to be 100% white)

It's even more annoying because as the text fades out, it leaves a green gradient behind it before completely disappearing.

Now, I'm not sure what is causing this. I know there is a "similarity" and "blend" setting that can be adjusted, but they can only do so much before the actual image (which you can't see here) and text start fading away.

It used to be 100% fine up until a few days ago, and it suddenly changed. I don't think the SubAlert program is to blame and I'm getting similar issues with other image files that are unrelated to it.

Can anyone suggest a fix to this?
