Hi, I have already exposed since yesterday 04/17/2025 on the discord server my problem that I am receiving with this encoding overload, unfortunately inexplicable as I have never had this problem until now
I reinstalled obs, reinstalled the plugins as they advised me, set the fps to 60, enabled radeon chill from the amd adrenalin panel, in the game I keep all the settings low..
I am desperate and I don't know what else to do only read and read the help form that you put at the beginning of the form but I am not able to solve it and I would like someone to help me also to fix maybe the settings for my obs in the best way (I'm watching 100 tutorials on youtube, but nothing)

streamelements plugin is known to break OBS. You should remove it completely using the uninstaller they provide, then manually removing the leftover files they keep inside %appdata%\obs-studio\ because keeps interacting and causing issue on OBS. Now, in order to fix any other changes it may have done, uninstall OBS and reinstall it. Do not reinstall this plugin, or similar plugins, again.

The log file shows you're using a non-default x264 preset. Please don't add custom parameters that usually breaks the encoders.
Now, run again the Auto-configuration Wizard selecting hardware encoder (GPU). Apply the settings it gives and do NOT change anything. Restart OBS. Yes, do restart OBS.
Test it as is. If all goes well, you're done. Do not use the advanced output unless you know exactly what you're doing.

Your GPU is old and may have issues with newer drivers. Make sure you have the latest driver that supports your GPU, specially for encoding purposes.

In case you need a feature the plugin provides, like vertical streaming/recording, please contact their support. Is not part of OBS Studio.

so I will no longer be able to use this feature to stream on TikTok? SE.LIVE support had indicated to me that the problem started from which encoding to use, in the sense that on obs you use the GPU and for the vertical stream you use the CPU... I don't know what the x264 thing is because I tried to set AMD on both too AMD H264 AVC, then the good part is that up until 3 days ago I was able to stream easily, then I got tangled up with Call of Duty where I had never done live with this (while with the old ones I did) I found myself doing 10 fps and I tried to change the obs settings but I think I only made a mess and I can no longer go back to the old settings at least to be able to stream FC25 with which I use game capture

Like I said, if you have issues with that plugin you have to contact directly their support.
You can also try a different plugin that performs the same task, but you may also contact the dev of this plugin in order to get support for it.

The streamelements plugin is still present as you can see it on the analyzer.
Also, you're using an unrecognized encoder which leads me to believe is something related to streamelements plugin.

You need to follow the instructions on how to remove this plugin in order to fix OBS. There's nothing else to do in here.
Or contact streamelements support.

Oppure contatta l'assistenza Streamelements.

questo è un test che ho fatto ieri prima di riprovare con il plugin..Are these settings okay for you?

Fix the one in yellow.
And you have too many browser sources. This consume a lot of resources. I didn't use streamlements for years now, but it used to be able to set all the needed alerts in one single browser sources.

they tell me this.. now I will also try to make a single browser from stream elemente so as to reduce the sources as you advised me

"There are no errors that would indicate that the plugin is not working as intended.
The issue is related to overloaded hardware, simply - too much workload for the encoders which results in dropped frames as the hardware is not able to process the frames with such high settings.
Reduce the settings and test them until you find a stable configuration for your hardware and content. As we mentioned, there is no specific settings we can recommend as the hardware load can vary a LOT based on the stream content."

Which high settings? You are downscaling to 720p 60fps and 6000kbps. This is literally low settings. You can reduce to 3500 kbps amd 30fps if you need in case your internet connection is too low.
Your hardware can easily manage 1080p 60fps at 8000kbps (Twitch partners top kbps)

Quali impostazioni alte?
I'm pointing out what they're telling me so that we can all understand each other hahaha.. now they told me that it doesn't do much to reduce the browser sources because they wouldn't solve my problem

Browser sources consume a lot of resources. Of course it will cause issues if you have too many. And of course they are going to tell you this because they're never go to tell something against their own service.
If you stream to Twitch and need the alerts only on Twitch, move the alerts to Twitch alerts service directly and forget about the other services.

Look if you can also select hardware encoder in the streamelements thing, or use a different plugin for the vertical stream, like Aitum Vertical.
Or Branch Out, if it's possible to change the scene/source to do the vertical stream.

Remember to check the Discussion section on the plugin page to see if what you want to know is already answered or make a question / ask for support.

If I try to put the encoder that I also have on obs in the plugin it does this to me and I see that the stream lags completely..

then obviously it would be necessary to try to adjust the profile and the preset that are indicated there.. but with the two options Aitum Vertical and Branch out would I be able to do live on tiktok even without using the stream key? because I saw that there is a possibility with the vertical cam and then opening tiktok studio you insert it there but you would have to start two programs to do two live and you already know better than me that I would weigh even more ahaha

Yeah, it says unrecognized encoder.
Do a separate install of OBS in portable mode and import your scene collection. In this one you can test Aitum plugin. Do not install the streamelements plugin in the portable version.
