Question / Help CoD2 FPS drops

Hi,

I'm a beginner streamer and I've problem with FPS drops in old game Call of Duty 2

Without streaming my FPS 250 stable (unlimited 650-750 FPS)
While streaming my FPS is 140~200 and the game is not that smooth.

Start by dumping your custom params under Settings > Advanced and see if that makes a difference, I get the impression you don't know what they do (one is misspelled, several are being set to the same values they'd otherwise be at) which means you shouldn't be using them. Also keep in mind that if 140-200 FPS isn't acceptable performance then your expectations may be a bit unreasonable.
