Question / Help CoD : Ghosts mouse sensitivity

Whenever I run OBS with CoD : Ghosts, my mouse sensitivity in-game goes haywire. It's almost like it turns on a mouse acceleration option or something. I've checked all my mouse setting in windows and in-game and no options physically change.

I don't know how to describe it other than every 90 degrees I turn on the screen, it really jumps quickly for the next 90 degrees. Has anyone observed anything like that and/or have a suggested solution?

COD:Ghosts is horribly optimized for PC, so I wouldn't be surprised if this was another issue wrought from simultaneously streaming on the same computer that you're playing on.
