Question / Help CLR Problem Please Help

So when i download the clr on 64 bit i extract it wehere it tells me and then i got on obs and i get a message that it didnt work and so i went to add the clr and it doesnt show up. i have tried everything please help

Just read and follow all the instructions on the CLR Browser page..........

i updated everything and it didnt work still didnt show up
