Question / Help CLR Browser?

I just recently got a new computer, and installed obs. Now i cant find how to add a CLR browser.
On my old computer all i had to do was right click sources and add CLR. Now i cant find how to do it anywhere. any help would be appreciated.

thank you much. i was here https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/clr-browser-source-plugin.22/ downloading stuff trying to get it to work,.
i never had to download anything on my laptop, it was just THERE. lol
Then i bought an over the top desktop that was well over few grand and im thinking WTF why is there now CLR Browser?
