Question / Help clr browser plugin problem

Now.... It seems everyone i know that has OBS installed has their twitch follower notifications sorted with no problems. When i get to the part of adding a section into a scene, then "clr browser" isn't an option? Whereas everyone else has the clr browser option straight from the initial installation. I tried intsalling the clr browser plugin from the OBS website but still no luck...... Any ideas?
 
I personally got the CLR Browser from the Nightdev site since the follower and donation alerts from that site have to use their custom CLR Browser. I just installed it, restarted OBS, and it became an option by right clicking and adding a new scene as a CLR Browser or adding a global source as a CLR Browser.
 
I cant find any CLR browser plugin from nightdev? There is the install for the follower alerts but not the plugin itself
