Question / Help CLR Browser Plugin Not Showing Up

I just reformatted my computer to Win7 Ultimate. I installed OBS and installed the plugin, as I did before. The CLR Browser does not show up as one of the things I can choose. Looking at the log file I noticed some errors but I do not know what I can do to fix this.

It looks like you didn't install the required dependencies listed on the CLR Browser Source page. You need to have MSVCRT 2013 and .NET 4.5.x. They're marked in bold red, go get them - https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/clr-browser-source-plugin.22/

I have both of those downloaded and it won't work for me^

Never mind I fixed it.
