Question / Help CLR Browser Not Showing?

When I download the CLR browser it doesn't show up, I've installed it correctly into the right folder as well. What happens is that it doesn't show up on the add scene part in obs it's self, I'm running the 32bit version with the 32bit CLR browser.

If anyone knows how to fix this please help!

Did you also install msvcrt (32 and 64bit) and .net framework 4.5.2?

No I didn't because I thought mine would already have it since it's 2014 new. Will that be the difference?
