Question / Help Cleaner Video

This is a video I recorded...in game it just doesnt seem as smooth as I feel like it could be. anyone have any ideas on fine tune-ing it and cleaning it up alittle bit?

I would set the scene buffering time to its new default of 700, try downscaling 1.25 or 1.50 while setting the fps to 30 and see if it gets smoother.
