Chroma Key Not Working

I am brand new to making videos. Trying out using a Webaround Green Screen. All of the YouTube videos say to set a chroma key and instantly the background disappears. Every time I try that, the background doesn't disappear in the slightest. My screen just gets grainy. There doesn't seem to be any information as to WHY chroma key is not working. I don't know what to do.

Me have too problem on version: 27.0.0, you need downgrade version, or wait fix.
