Question / Help choppy while streaming on twitch ?

I so need help and when I stream its really choppy on default settings. I took pics of the settings im on and how fast my internet is.can someone please help me.

if my pics dont show my ping is 9 ms. and my download speed is 79.29 mps and my upload is 5.07 mps

Post a logfile from a live streaming session at least 5 minutes in length, from the Help file. We need it to see what's happening on the back end to be able to help.

Speedtest.net is useless for livestreamers, as it tests a different type of connection than livestreaming uses.
Grab the Twitch Bandwidth Tester from the teamliquid site (google is your friend) and post a screenshot of the results of a run for your region. It will provide more accurate real-world results as far as livestreaming goes.
