Question / Help Choppy video's when trying to record

Whenever I try just locally recording a game of LoL, everything works fine, the game doesn't drop frames or anything, but when I watch the video, it's really choppy, I've tried changing multiple settings to no avail. If someone could help me out that would be great!

Let me know if I didn't post the code correctly because I really don't know how to post it to the forum. Thanks in advance for the help.

Unfortunately that log is not complete and only includes technical information about the hook.
Please upload the complete log and we can provide some better answers.

Actually, sorry to be a pain, could we go the other way and what would you recommend as the best local recording setting, and which source I should choose. Don't worry about the specs of my PC, I think I chose Monitor Capture as my first preference, I've been reading that is isn't that good. Sorry to be a pain again.
