There is no lag in game when recording I run amd crossfire x

The log doesn't look that bad. It's certainly possible that Crossfire is what's messing you up here. Can you try disabling crossfire and seeing if that helps?

I think you have nailed it on the head dodgepong
I have linked here two videos that show the difference in recording with and without crossfire

And obviously the first video is with it enabled and i also tested the same kinda setting of just walking around shooting
OBS little preview window lags with crossfire enabled as well
