I am using Razer Blade Pro 2014
Specs :
i7 4700HQ
16gb ram
nvidia 860m 2gb gddr5

bandwidth test on speedtest.net
dl: 22mbps
ul: 15mbps

I have seen more than 25 youtube video tutorials about the configuration of settings on obs and many more text tutorials.
Still choppy stream, though my fps ingame (Dota2) are all the time above 60.
I am trying to stream 720p 30fps but cant figure out what the problem is.

Your computer is duplicating an insane amount of frames for a Haswell i7, even a slow laptop-grade version of an i7 like what you have.

What happens if you get rid of the web cam?
Are you running while plugged in on Max Performance power options in Windows (or whatever its called in Windows 10)?
Are your GPU drivers updated to the latest?
What happens if you try Windows or Monitor capture? These supposedly work better now, in Windows 10, than they did in previous versions.

Can you go back to Windows 7 or 8? Lots of people report problems with Windows 10. There's a reason why experts always say to wait for the first service pack....

I have streamed without webcam, it was still choppy
I tried the max performance power options too after support chat suggested
GPU drivers are up to date
Haven't tried window or monitor capture as people suggested game capture everywhere. Can it be better than game capture?
I have also downloaded multiplatform version just now, though it doesn't have stream delay option which is a necessary part

Twitch itself has a delay option you can set, if that helps. I don't have Windows 10 but I've read some people have had success with Windows and Monitor capture. Its worth a shot.

Twitch sadly does not have a delay option. If u are sure that there is please guide me. I am not partnered obviously

Thanks a lot man, window capture apparently did the trick. Sticking with the original OBS till the time the delay option comes to multiplatform

Hmm, did some quick googling and I guess adding delay on Twitch was only a feature for partners, and even then I think it was removed more recently.
