Hi, last time I streamed (June 5, 2015), my stream was really choppy on my end. The only windows I usually have are the game I'm playing, obs, and a web browser with my stream playing as the only tab. The stream was very choppy on my end, I asked the viewers if the stream was ok, some said they were getting a bit of lag, some said it was fine. I assume it has something to do with my bitrate maybe?
