Choppy/Gap recordings

Hello, I'm trying to record a gameplay for youtube on Modern Warfare with OBS. And, everytime I rewatch a clip of a recording for a test, it's laggy & does some gaps then resumes, then goes normal, then resumes the chops & lag. When I was recording, my pc was perfectly fine, it was smooth, it's when I watch the recordings when it shows something different. Not sure what else to do, my settings are based off YouTube guides.

Windows 10
i5-6600k
1070 Nvidia GTX
16gb Ram
Z170n gaming 5 motherboard

Turn off Lookahead and Psychovisual Tuning, and switch off Max Quality. All of these options use CUDA and are interfering with your encoding.
