Hello there, I have pretty Choppy CS:GO while streaming, and I have pretty nice computer ... and sometimes when i shoot like choppy/freeze i dunno how to explain it correct

ATI HD Radeon 7950 3gb 384bit
8gb Ram 1600Mhz
Win7 64bit

I've tried 30,45,60 fps , same chopyness and freezing (its for half a second the freeze or something but its annoying)
Please,I'm searching for help , I don't think it can be the OBS program, I've tried in friends laptop to stream , and he got like 256bit video and i7 also , but Nvidia video card , could there be the problem , my video just suck or something like that?
I was arguing with people maybe SSD can fix this thing , but I really don't know and I really do not want to invest until I know for sure what can be the problem .. please again,i'm searching for help!

forgot to mention , I've tried to use QuickSync function with the graphic card from intel and obs crash every 5min , giving some thing were killed.exe or something like that....

I can't help you but I'm curious as to whether anyone else can.
I've been streaming with OBS for years with no problem, but recently have been getting choppy and freezing FPS too. I wonder if it's the current version of OBS.
Currently trying some fixes right now, but if they don't work I will roll my OBS version back. If that fixes it I will let you know. Maybe it's our Win7 64? My card is Nvidia, not ATI, so I doubt it's your ATI.

i have the same problem, games run smooth but gamesource on obs does not!

i was a xsplit user and i had no problems like that.

thats interesting guys.... I have no idea whats the reason, or what can cause this silly problem, but so I far I've tried every single thing on the program, even if Im using downscale res to 540p quality or less...

If that's true then I think there should be a feature where a list (of downloads) of older version should be listed.

none from the staff paying attention to this thread ... to give professional opinion unfortunately....

try using the default preset (veryfast)
use default scene buffering time (700)
try enabling aero again

what are you running on the background while streaming?

doesn't much matter,if CPU preset is veryfast , fast , or the others , cpu usage is barely 30% even if i run things, which I do not run.... I've tried also scene buff time to be 700 and 400 , same thing.. :(
