Question / Help Choppy but no dropped frames.

Why would you use 35fps? change that to 30.

Total frames encoded: 56133, total frames duplicated: 3615 (6.44%)

This could be one of two reasons, your CPU is borderline for 720@30fps but you are using up a ton of USB bandwidth with that cap card at 1080 then downscaling to 720p in OBS. at this, you might as well just have the elgato to 720@30 then set the base resolution in OBS video tab to 720p.

manually type it in the base resolution. 1280 x 720 then set no downscale. Close the elgato software. go into the properties of the "video capture device" source you made in OBS. then set it to 720@30fps as well.
