Question / Help Choppy audio with ElGato HD & OBS

When I use the ElGato HD with my Xbox One & OBS the audio from the stream/video is really choppy and static like. The audio is clear when I use ElGato's program, but I can't adjust the format the videos are saved in, hence why I want to use it with OBS.

Right click on your game capture HD source, click properties, check buffering, and set the buffer time to 1.
