I have been looking around for over a month to decide over a capture card, and every single time I've selected one and looked into it, I found out about problems that make them unusable for me. I know it's a common question, but I do need help with this.
Alright, so I need a capture card for streaming, which means I'd like something with no delay, and obviously one which is OBS compatible. Now, I have found a couple which are fine with this but since the PS3 has that HDCP protection thingy on it, I can't just use a HDMI cable, which is what those cards use. I don't mind using component cables, but I would like to stream in at least 720p, and the most important thing is the no delay problem. I'm pretty sure I have a PCI slot and I know that I have a couple of USB 3 ports on my PC so that's fine. I don't really mind the price as long as it isn't too much ( Like £200+ ) but feel free to recommend ones that may be more than that.
If anything else needs to be asked before you can recommend one than go ahead and ask and I will try to respond ASAP but I am going on holiday and will only have limited internet.
