Question / Help Chicago not an available option

Hi.. does anyone know why Chicago, IL wouldn't be an option for me to choose under the FMS URL? Thanks
 
This is a question for the service provider you have selected. OBS does not run any of the streaming servers.
 
Interesting because my server is chicago haha.. thanks for the help anyways! (oh you meant which site not ISP.. site is Twitch if that gives any insight)
