It seems that I've made the mistake of compiling with `Release` build type instead of `RelWithDebInfo`. I'll have to release an updated version of the proper build type to read crash dumps easier.

I'd like to try this out on 29.

But with 29.1 around the corner, might make more sense to just make it for that including adding Fragmented MOV and MP4 support? Those are being added to 29.1 and are much more corruption resistant.

Believe I've managed to get it working with OBS 29.1.2 after tracing through the dll imports.
I copy 6 files from the bin folder of OBS 29.0.2 to bin folder of OBS 29.1.2
avcodec-59.dll
avdevice-59.dll
avfilter-8.dll
avformat-59.dll
avutil-57.dll
swscale-6.dll
Ran a test with a 30s recording and the chapter markers are in there

Received crash errors on both OBS Versions 29.0.2 and 28.1.2 when stopped recording after pressing hotkey to use plugin.
Error is same as others in thread.
Would appreciate a list of possible fixes instead of PMing each individual user with similar problems.
