Question / Help Changing delay settings when you change scenes?

I use an Elgato GameCapture HD to stream Wii U / Nintendo 64 games. While using this capture card with OBS, you need to set a delay on your microphone and your webcam to 1500ms. I also stream games right from my computer as well, and I was curious if there was a way to have delay settings change when you change your scene selection instead of having to stop my stream, and change the audio delay. Or, if anyone else knows a work around that would be appreciated as well!

audio delay will have to be done ahead of time prior or in between streaming.
I dont think it works during the stream.

setup your mic/webcam audio and cam offsets then start streaming recording.

I know that from each scene you can change the webcam delay because it gets reinitialized every time you change a scene, I was just curious if anyone knew a way to change the microphone delay the same way.

set your webcam as a global source if you dont want it to be reinitialized between scenes.

I don't think you are reading what I am asking correctly lol... Everything I have set is good at the moment. Not having my webcam as a global source is better because if I am on a scene that is using my capture card, I want a 1500ms delay on my webcam. Then if I switch off that scene to a scene where I'm streaming my monitor or whatever, it will no longer have a delay. This all works perfect the way it is.

The question I am asking is, is it possible to have your microphone reinitialize when you change scenes so that way I can have a delay on my microphone for certain scenes and not for others. Without having to turn off my stream and change the setting.
