No, it's not possible to shrink the OBS window to the point that parts of its UI would be inaccessible. Could you explain what you're trying to accomplish? Maybe there's a different way to do it.
1) Remove menu (only video from web-cam)
2) Integration to use with standard web-site on standard notebook-sizes: 1024x768 (or 1024x868)
As you can see, on my web-site i have Stream from Flash, and it`s very small window with camera-video. If i use OBS - problems to use on my site, hard to integration, no space for it (because very big window-block).
Are you trying to simply watch the stream and your OBS preview at the same time? The OBS window doesn't need to be open to stream out, so you can minimize it just fine.
Or are you under the impression that the size of the OBS window is in charge of determining your streaming resolution? Because that's also not the case. Your streaming resolution is defined in your Video settings (base resolution).
1) Users from my chat must always see what they have shown in the broadcast, so OBS should always be visible.
2) OBS window is very large and blocking half the screen. It would be great if there was a ~ 200-300px width.
