Question / Help Change Level in Encoder setting

Hi,
I have question about encoder setting, if set Level 4.2 for software encoding all work, if change to QuickSync Level 4.2 is ignored, how to change ?
 
There is not currently a way to manually set the h264 level for Quick Sync in OBS. Why do you need to force 4.2? It should be set automatically to the lowest level that matches your encoding settings.
 
e.g.
4.2 - macroblocks 8704
3.2 - macroblocks 5120
I see small difference, 4.2 is more efficient.
It's possible to use color 4:2:2 ?
