Question / Help CBR doesnt seem to be working recently.

I have a 50 meg down and solid 11 up, never drops. I have always been able to stream at 720p 46 fps at 2500kbs perfectly.

However recently every time I stream it drops frames, the green connection is constantly going from 300kbs to 11,000 and I drop frames. I have CFR on, CBR and havent changed ANYTHING, but it has just suddenly stopped working. Strange

The bitrate in the corner indicates the network bitrate. This means your connection is not stable and is buffering large amounts of data which is being bursted out. Try changing servers or streaming providers.

It definitely isn't my ISP as explained -

But changing to UK Secondary seems to have helped, it goes from 2100-2300 always green so not stable but closer. I think it will still drop frames but on the preview it seems ok, thanks for the very fast response.

A 10 second speed test does not really give you any indication as to how stable your connection is. Speed tests also use multiple connections, so if one connection briefly stalls you won't even notice, where during a stream (which uses a single connection) a stall could result in a lot of dropped frames or even a disconnect.
