Question / Help Capturing 4 HDMI inputs at once...

Howdy folks,

Just wondering if anyone has any experience/tips/advice on capturing 4 HDMI streams at once.

The idea is to capture 4 computers running games, simultaneously.

It'll be running on it's own dedicated box, streamed, a bit like a splitscreen multiplayer game. We also want 4 cameras hooked in to the stream too (standard usb cameras). OBS should handle it fine akaik, the only problem is suitable capture hardware/cards.

Looking up hardware, I found this: http://www.oupree.com/OPR-HD400-Quad-1080P-HDMI-Video-Capture-Card.html

Anyone used one of those? and with OBS? Or is there a better alternative? (We dislike the external usb capture devices as they're pretty unstable, so looking for internal hardware only, at first.)

Thanks in advance for any help.

Haven't really heard of Oupree.
Magewell makes a quad HDMI input cap card that will do 1080@60 on all channels, and multiple independent resolution outputs. Don't own a Magewell myself, but have heard nothing but good from those who have them.

Brilliant, thanks - I'll check them out :)
