Question / Help Capture TV Monitor

Hi,
at first, sorry for my english.

I'm new here and i would like someone to answer my doubts.

I have a TV monitor connected to the PC, so I can see television on it. My question is... is there any way to capture/stream what I'm watching on that monitor even if it is not something from the PC? I would like to do that to be able to stream some old console games.

If what you're seeing on the TV isn't being fed to the tv from your computer, you MUST use a capture card to capture it.
