Question / Help Capture Layered windows

I am new to OBS and i set up a monitor capture in my scene but the option to capture layered windows is greyed out and i dont see a setting in place to make it active. I tried deleting the scene and reading it many times and still it is greyed out. I have even uninstalled and re-installed the software several times. I have the latest version and still it is grey. Any suggestions would be great.

If it's greyed out, then you have windows 8, layered and non-layered windows are basically all captured in windows 8.

I'm also in the new version of obs and window 8 but I couldn't place the mobizen mirroring to the scene. The scene is totally blacked out.
