Question / Help Capture freezing

Problem is that i've recorded few videos on my computer of LoL and cs go. On those both files the record stops after like 1 second or above 1 second. The sound is still there but the video freezes. I think this is pretty simple but im a newbie so i would love to get some help with this. I've tried both game capture and window capture but same problem.
some specs:
i5-4430 3.3ghz
gtx 760 3 gb
8gb ram
i DON'T know alot about computers so ask for more info of the computer if needed.
some obs settings:
1000 bitrate
resolution 1920 1080
fps 60
resolution scaling(or whatever it is): nothing ( 1920 1080)

You mean local recording? If you do, try to lower fps to 40, put resolution scaling to 1280x720 and bitrate higher. I use 6000 when I'm just recording videos.
