Question / Help Capture different windows areas

I'm not able to capture different windows areas of my screen laptop and put them toghether inside Open Broadcaster video. Each captured area is positioned in a different place on the resulting screen. The main one covers the Open Broadcast screen, the other ones are small and cover only part of the Open Broadcast screen, on top of the main one.
I would like also to display or hide dinamically those windows area, checking and unchecking their items on the list.

When I run the preview I get only the first element of the list even if it doesn't cover the total video area. To see the second element listed I have to uncheck the first one and restart Preview.

Is that a normal behaviour? I work with 2 monitors and I read that there could be some problems, so I tryed the same with the laptop monitor, but the behaviour is the same.
I have a laptop ASUS I7 and windows 8.0.

I guess you are using a monitor capture right? In this case you will want to add it as a Global Source, then add the global to your scene. Now you can crop out your first section of the screen you want, then add the global source again, crop out the second area, and so on. (Sub-regions might not work)

Thanks for the response and I'm sorry but I didn't unerstand what do you mean with "crop out". If I can't use sub-region how do I define different areas of my monitor?
