I'm using a small capture card and after a while it's sound just disappeared. I thought that the problem was the card itself, since it's a cheap one, but I tried it on my sister's laptop and it worked just fine, so it's something in my laptop
I tried the most obvious options, like changing the audio output on the source configs, enabling the option to receive the audio back on the "advanced" menu, restarting the pc (lol) and even unnistalled everything from OBS and installed again
I also tried least obvious options, like changing some windows audio setttings, nothing worked
I even updated some audio drivers but didnt help either, I don't know what to do anymore.
This started after I downloaded an app called "AmarecTV", I think it kinda "stole" the Capture Card's audio, but I dont know how exactly, specially bcz the app didnt even open properly, and I can't unninstall it via Windows Config, I need to send the whole folder where it was installed to the trash can and then clean the trash can (speaking like that, it actually sounds like I installed a weird virus, lol), I didn't send it to the trash can yet bcz maybe I need this weird app to solve this problem but idk.
also, the Cap Card is a "exbom CV-U2C70 USB 2.0"
